Fashion Meets Gen Z Beauty

When Peter Dundas launched his crossover from haute couture into cosmetics, DUNDAS Beauty needed a campaign that could translate fashion credibility into Gen Z beauty language. The production team captured product and model footage across multiple setups, then granted us complete creative freedom to shape the launch narrative.
The challenge was to honor Dundas’ fashion heritage while speaking to an audience that values speed, energy, and authenticity over traditional luxury codes. We built the edit around "Calling for You" by Oktae & Venjent, using the track’s rhythm as the structural backbone for a fast-cut visual system that mirrors how Gen Z actually consumes beauty content: quick, kinetic, unapologetic.
Hand-drawn graphic elements inject energy and personality
To amplify the energy beyond what the footage alone could deliver, we layered hand-drawn animated elements throughout. These graphic accents (swipes, bursts, underlines) inject playfulness without undermining the product’s premium positioning. The result is a launch campaign that feels distinctly DUNDAS: glamorous but never precious, polished but full of personality.

Additionally, we created an alternate edit using vintage camera footage, offering a lo-fi aesthetic contrast to the high-energy main campaign. Elements from this version were adapted into product carousel snippets across online retailers.
